Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NovaSynth, LLC when you access the Site, browse listings, read articles, submit inquiry forms, or communicate with our sourcing desk. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization if you act on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
2. Platform Role & B2B Nature
Peptide From China is a business-to-business (B2B) informational directory and procurement facilitation platform. We help international buyers discover peptide manufacturers and suppliers in China, review publicly available or supplier-provided product information, and submit sourcing inquiries.
We are not a manufacturer, distributor, pharmacy, clinic, or licensed medical provider. We do not take title to products, operate a warehouse for peptides, or fulfill orders directly unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Any purchase contract is between you and the supplier you select, subject to their terms, quotations, and compliance obligations.
The Site is intended for qualified business, research, and institutional users — not for retail consumers seeking personal or therapeutic products.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
All content on the Site — including articles, product descriptions, specifications, FAQs, and communications from our team — is provided for general informational and B2B sourcing purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or encouragement to use any substance for human consumption or clinical therapy.
You must consult qualified healthcare and regulatory professionals in your jurisdiction before making decisions that affect human health, clinical protocols, or patient care. We do not verify therapeutic claims made by third-party suppliers or publishers.
4. Research Use & Human-Use Promotion Ban
Products referenced on the Site are described in a research and laboratory context unless a supplier explicitly states otherwise in a regulated, jurisdiction-specific manner. You agree not to use the Site to promote, solicit, or facilitate the use of listed peptides or related compounds for human consumption, self-administration, cosmetic injection, athletic doping, or any unlawful purpose.
You will not post, request, or transmit content through our forms or messaging channels that encourages off-label human use, dosage guidance for personal use, or evasion of import or prescription controls. We may refuse, remove, or report inquiries that violate this policy.
5. No Supplier or Batch Guarantees
Directory listings, verification badges, product pages, and editorial content do not guarantee that any manufacturer is fit for your purpose, that a specific batch will meet your specifications, that certificates of analysis (COAs) are current or authentic, or that a supplier will accept your order.
- We do not warrant purity, potency, identity, sterility, or stability of any batch.
- We do not guarantee GMP status, export licenses, or regulatory approvals unless explicitly documented in a signed supplier agreement you obtain independently.
- Historical performance, response times, or past successful shipments do not predict future results.
You are solely responsible for qualifying suppliers, auditing quality systems, validating COAs, conducting independent testing where appropriate, and negotiating contractual warranties directly with suppliers.
6. Data Sources & Accuracy
Product names, CAS numbers, sequences, images, specifications, and manufacturer profiles may originate from supplier submissions, public B2B marketplaces, trade directories, automated imports, or AI-assisted drafting workflows subject to human review. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain typographical errors.
We strive to correct material errors when reported but do not warrant that all listings are complete, current, or free of infringement. See our Corrections Policy and Editorial Policy for how we handle content quality.
7. Buyer Diligence & Import Duties
International peptide sourcing involves complex legal, customs, and safety requirements. You are solely responsible for determining whether importing, possessing, or using any compound is lawful in your country and intended application, including research institution approvals, import permits, hazardous materials rules, and denied-party screening.
- Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and inspection holds are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing with your supplier.
- You must not rely on the Site as a substitute for legal, regulatory, or trade compliance counsel.
- Misdeclaring shipments, undervaluing goods, or routing through prohibited channels may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
8. Sourcing Desk Routing
When you submit contact, procurement, or product inquiry forms, or message us via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, you authorize us to route your inquiry to internal sourcing staff and, where appropriate, to matched manufacturers or suppliers so they can respond with quotations or clarifications.
Routing is a facilitation service, not an endorsement. We may decline to forward inquiries that appear unlawful, unrelated to B2B research sourcing, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. Response times and language support vary by channel and workload.
9. Sponsored & Commercial Disclosures
Some listings, placements, or articles may be sponsored or commercially prioritized. Where applicable, we aim to label sponsored content clearly. Sponsorship affects placement or visibility — not independent quality certification. See our Sponsored Listing Policy for details.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site's layout, branding, original articles, compilation of listings, and proprietary tools are owned by or licensed to NovaSynth, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically download content except as permitted by robots.txt, applicable law, or our prior written consent.
Trademarks, product names, and logos of third-party manufacturers belong to their respective owners. Listing a product or supplier does not imply affiliation beyond directory publication.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to external manufacturer websites, B2B platforms, messaging apps, payment processors, logistics providers, and reference databases. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security practices, or contractual terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
NovaSynth, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site, reliance on listings, supplier relationships, shipment delays, product quality issues, or regulatory actions — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the fees you paid directly to us for platform services in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, refuse inquiries, or remove content at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety policies, or if continued access poses risk to us, suppliers, or other users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and intellectual property — will survive.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under mandatory consumer or employment law where applicable to you.
